One Sunday I was shooting a horse race held on a frozen lake for newspaper Keskisuomalainen. The race was organized as a tribute to a eighty-year-old horse master.

It's not often that any photographer in Finland gets to shoot guitars and basses. I had the rare chance and it seems that this wasn't a one time deal.

Equipped with old-school DSLR's with no ISO6400's and above, something had to be done to the dreary light in a gym.

Like many other newspapers in Finland and around the world, Keskisuomalainen changed from Canon to Nikon last summer. This is the gear the staff photographers use.
